A Heart Compass Call is a guided 60 minute 1:1 conversation that helps you slow down, untangle what you're feeling, and reconnect with the inner wisdom that's often drowned out by the demands of everyday life.
For the woman whose life looks great from the outside: the job, the family, the hobbies. You’ve spent years taking care of other people’s needs (whether consciously or unconsciously), all the while putting yourself last. And now you don’t know what you want anymore. You feel like part of yourself is missing.
If you spend your days overthinking, tending to everyone else, and second-guessing yourself, these calls guide you to feel safe enough to reconnect and build your pathway of return: to your body, your heart, and your own self-trust.
So many women are used to pushing through, doubting themselves, and staying busy enough to avoid what’s really going on. But clarity rarely comes from doing more.

As a little girl, I loved climbing trees just to feel their branches sway in the wind. Long before I had words for any of this, nature was one of the first places I felt free.
But as I got older, I slowly learned to hide parts of myself to fit in, to be loved, to belong. Over time, that self-abandonment turned into a deep sadness. I felt lost, lonely, and disconnected from who I really was.
Even when my life looked beautiful on the outside, something still felt off.
Through all of it, nature remained the one place where I could breathe. On long walks outside, I felt seen in a way I couldn’t explain. Held, even in the middle of my own inner chaos. Nature never asked me to be anyone other than what I was.
And little by little, that changed me.
I began to stop running from what I felt and started listening instead. I let myself feel the sadness, the longing, the truth of what was there. And as I did, something in me began to open. The more I listened to my emotions, the more I found my way back to myself.
What I discovered was simple, but life-changing: when we feel deeply supported, it becomes easier to hear our own inner voice. And when we stop abandoning ourselves, life begins to open again.
That is why I created the Heart Compass Calls.
Because so many women are walking through life feeling lost, lonely, disconnected, and far away from themselves. And while healing can sound complicated, some of the most powerful medicine is also the most simple: listening to what is already here for you.

How do I know if this is right for me?
If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, unsure what you need, or like something is just a little off, this may be a beautiful fit. You do not need to have the perfect words for what’s going on- only a desire to slow down and listen more honestly at a gentle pace.
Will this include nature-based practices?
Sometimes, yes. If it feels supportive, your personalized practices may include simple nature-based ways of reconnecting- such as taking a short walk without trying to solve anything, noticing what plant in your home reflects your current season, making herbal tea before checking your phone in the morning, or other gentle rituals that help you feel more rooted. Nothing complicated, and nothing performative.
Do I need to be at a low point for this to support me?
Not at all. Many women come to this work not because life is falling apart, but because they’ve been holding a lot for a long time and want a gentler, more grounded way to reconnect with themselves.
What if I don't know how to explain what I'm feeling?
That’s completely okay. You do not need to arrive with perfect clarity. Part of the session is creating enough spaciousness and support for what’s true to come into words.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a guided support session centered around reconnection, self-trust, and personalized next steps. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment.
